Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released a critical update for all undergraduate aspirants for the 2026-27 academic session. Whether you are aiming for BBA, BCA, B.Com (Hons), or BJMC, the university has provided a final chance for registration and confirmed the examination window.

Registration Deadline Extended

In a move to support students who missed the earlier deadline, GGSIPU has extended the online application process until April 11, 2026. This applies to all CET-based programs as well as those based on national-level tests like JEE Main (for B.Tech) and CLAT (for Law).

UG Courses Covered Under IPU CET 2026

The CET is mandatory for the following flagship undergraduate programs at IPU:

• BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
• BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
• B.Com (Hons)
• BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication)
• BHMCT (Hotel Management)

Note: For B.Tech, admission is based on JEE Main scores, and for Law (LLB), it is based on CLAT-UG. However, you MUST still register on the IPU portal by April 11 to participate in the counseling.

How to Prepare for IPU CET 2026?

1. Understand the Pattern: Most UG CETs consist of 100 questions covering English, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and subject-specific aptitude.
2. Speed & Accuracy: You have 150 minutes to solve the paper. Practice with previous year papers to master the timing.
3. Focus on Reasoning: Logical Reasoning often carries 25% weightage and is the key differentiator for BBA and BCA ranks.
